Youth agent Martijn van Berkelland reported the incident on Instagram this Easter weekend. The girl was offered a drink by the suspect. Shortly after drinking, she became so ill that she had to be taken to hospital by ambulance. Witnesses soon came forward who saw that the man had put ‘something’ in the drink. It is suspected to be narcotics. The man was arrested and questioned Monday. He remains in custody for the time being. The girl has now returned home and is doing well, the youth officer reported.
