Giorgio Tirabassi, actor born in Rome in the 1960s, made his debut in the world of entertainment in the 1980s, participating in productions both on the small screen and in the cinema, as well as in the theater. He starred in 153 episodes of the aforementioned series which took hold on Mediaset channels at the dawn of the current century. Within the same he played the role of “Roberto Ardenzi”who in the first two seasons had the position of chief inspector, from the third to the fifth of deputy commissioner and in the sixth of commissioner.

As a director he directed a short film in 2001 entitled “Don’t say cat”, which allowed him to receive the David di Donatello in the category of best short film. In 2019, however, Giorgio returned to take on the role of director in the comedy entitled “The big leap”where among other things he is also the protagonist together with Ricky Memphis.

The world of entertainment lost a few hours ago an actor well known by the Italian public. He worked for many years right within the “Police District”, where he played the character of “Antonio Parmesan”. The millions of viewers of the well-known TV series will have already understood that we are talking about Roberto Nobilewho died yesterday in our capital at the age of 74.

Tirabassi therefore, having learned of the sad news, he wanted to send a last message to the address of his late colleague and friend. As we can see on his Instagram profile, Giorgio uploaded a photograph in which Nobile himself is immortalized in the foreground. Beside the shot, the sixty-two year old Roman has inserted a short caption: “Rest in peace my friend”.

In these hours, several of Roberto Nobile’s colleagues have fondly remembered the Veronese interpreter. Among these the poignant farewell of Luca Zingaretti certainly stands out, who worked together with the late actor in another historic television series, namely “Commissioner Montalbano”.

Roberto was a man highly esteemed in the environmentas evidenced by the great affection that many famous people have expressed towards him after learning the heartbreaking news of the tragedy.
