The 2023 GIIAS (Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show) exhibition will be held at ICE-BSD City, Tangerang, from 10-20 August 2023. Not only participating car and commercial vehicle brands, GIIAS 2023 will also be attended by a number of motorcycle brands.
The special motorcycle exhibition area is in hall 1. Several motorcycle brands are confirmed to be present, starting from Alva, Aprilia, Astra Honda Motor (AHM), Benelli, Exotic, Harley-Davidson, Ion Mobility, Keeway, Motoguzzi, to Pacific.
Then there are also Piaggio, Polytron, Royal Enfield, Segway, and Vespa. Meanwhile, the three big brands from Japan, namely Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Suzuki, will be absent from GIIAS this time. It is known that the GIIAS exhibition is indeed more likely to be used for the launch and sale of new cars.
In general, GIIAS 2023 features a total of 49 brands of motorized vehicles, ranging from 34 passenger and commercial vehicles to 15 motorcycle brands. Visitors can attend on weekdays (Monday-Friday) which are open from 11.00 – 21.00 WIB and weekends (Saturday-Sunday) from 10.00 – 21.00 WIB.
The public can buy GIIAS entrance tickets online through the Auto360 application at a weekdays (Monday-Friday) price of IDR 50,000 and weekends (Saturday-Sunday) namely IDR 100,000 and specifically on August 17 2023, GIIAS 2023 tickets are sold online for IDR 78.000,-.
GIIAS 2023 also provides onsite ticket sales in the exhibition area at IDR 70,000 weekdays (Monday-Friday) and IDR 120,000 weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and August 17 2023.
“We have also prepared a special area for Test Drive and Test Ride. After being satisfied touring the exhibition area, visitors can try directly the experience of driving their dream car or motorbike. Apart from the test area that we have provided as before, we have also prepared a special area to try vehicles with various obstacles that we have provided to test the features and durability of vehicles, especially electric vehicles,” said Sri Vista Limbong as Project Director of Seven Events, executor of GIIAS 2023.
