[이데일리 스타in 김현식 기자] Sujin, a member of the group (Girl) Idle, who was surrounded by suspicion of abusive (school violence), was canceled.
According to the agency Cube Entertainment on the 22nd, Sujin was scheduled to appear as a guest on the Naver Now live show’Children of Rumors’ on the 23rd with team members Minni, Soyeon, Woogi, and Shuhwa.
‘Children of Rumors’ is a program that airs every Tuesday at 8 pm. Miyeon, another member of (G)Idle, is the host.
According to Cube Entertainment, Mi-yeon will be in charge of the broadcast on the 23rd as scheduled, but guest appearances for Sujin, Minni, Soyeon, Woogi, and Shuhwa were canceled.
This seems to be the aftermath of the abusive controversy surrounding Sujin. Recently, a netizen posted an article alleging that Sujin was a harassment perpetrator who beat and bullied his younger brother in middle school.
In response, Cube Entertainment issued a statement and drew a line that Sujin had a quarrel with the younger brother of the netizen who posted the article while in school, but he was not a harassment.
Sujin directly posted a post on the fan page’You Cube’ and said that he spent time wandering when he was a child, but he did not assault or lead bullying.
