Vice presidential candidate number 2, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, was the most discussed by netizens on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) regarding the first vice presidential debate on Friday (22/12) evening WIB.
Apart from Gibran, vice presidential candidate number 1 Muhaimin Iskandar or Cak Imin and vice presidential candidate number 3 Mahfud MD competed for ideas in a debate event which took place at the JCC, Senayan, Jakarta.
The founder of the social media analysis agency Drone Emprit, Ismail Fahmi, uploaded the agency’s analysis regarding X’s social media response regarding last night’s cawapres debate.
“The highest total conversations on WIB.
A total of 67,5538 mentions mentioned Gibran, while 37,928 mentions talked about Muhaimin. Mahfud became the vice presidential candidate with the fewest mentions during the debate period, namely 18,648.
However, before last night’s vice presidential debate started, according to Ismail Fahmi, the conversation trend regarding Gibran was already higher than other vice presidential candidates.

“Before the debate, the volume and trend of conversation about Gibran was already higher compared to the other two vice presidential candidates. And during the debate, Gibran remained the highest, followed by Muhaimin Iskandar, then by far the least was Mahfud MD,” he said.
