Wali Kota Solo Gibran Rakabuming Raka attending the Chinese New Year celebration at Sun City Glodok, Jakarta. Gibran came wearing red batik.
Monitoring detikcom at the location, Sunday (11/2/2024) Gibran arrived at 20.30 WIB. Gibran was seen accompanied by his wife, Selvi Ananda. Both of them came wearing red clothes.
Gibran was seen wearing red batik. His two children, Jan Ethes and La Lembah Manah, were also seen together Gibran and Selvi.
His arrival was accompanied by two lion dances, red and yellow. They were also warmly welcomed by the people who attended the event.
The people also seemed to be asking for photos and shaking hands with Gibran. Gibran also responded to this request.
Apart from that, other figures were also present. Among them, PSI General Chair Kaesang Pangarep, and Deputy Chair of the PSI Board of Trustees Grace Natalie. Gibran gave a statement when he left the location. Gibran said his current agenda in Jakarta was just taking a break.
“Just rest,” he said Gibran to reporters.
The media crew asked the vice presidential candidate number 2 what his activities were during the remaining quiet period for this election. Gibran said he would be in Solo.
“Just in Solo,” he said.
