Gibran Rakabuming Raka introduced President Joko Widodo’s (Jokowi) extended family to the Gudono family during Midodareni night. Gibran said this Kaesang Parangep have that image jargon but responsible.
“Allow me sir ma’am to introduce Solo’s extended family, who attended this evening were Mr. (Jokowi), mother (Iriana), then behind me was my brother-in-law, Bobby, originally from Medan, then there was my younger brother, Kahiyang Ayu, then there is my wife, Selvi Ananda, and this little girl’s name, Etes, then her sister, Lembah Manah. And this name is Kaesang,” Gibran said at Erina’s residence Gudono, Sleman, Yogyakarta, Friday (9/12/2022) .
Gibran then explained the figure Kaesang. Gibran believes Kaesang can make his future wife, Erina Gudono, happy.
“Kaesang number three, your son has it streamlined image but he has a good heart, he is responsible, he has a very good commitment, especially in the world of work, I am sure that in the future I will be able to make Erina happy” Gibran said.
Gibran entrusts Kaesang to the Gudono family. He also begged for a guide to Kaesang.
“What is clear is that I want to entrust my sister, please guide me too and the rest of the time and place I will leave to Yogya’s father, mother and family,” Gibran said.
Previously, Kaesang’s peningset was handed over to the Gudono family. Paningset was delivered by Iriana to Erina’s mother, Sofiatun Gudono.
Kaesang’s gifts consisted of symmetrical bananas, items of clothing, jadah and diamonds, and others.
On this night of midodareni many processions will be performed. It’s like giving up, where Gibran Rakabuming Raka as spokesman of Jokowi family delivers Kaesang to nyantri or sowan to Erina’s family.
Then welcome and deliver the peningset, where the mother Kaesang, Iriana Jokowi, delivered a peningset or symbolic handover. The procession will continue with the gift night and reading Vedic chess or the main chess laksita by Kaesang and Erina’s family representative, Abdul Muhaimin.
