Hurts is back, as is the Eagles, firm candidates to win the Super Bowl. Philadelphia, which led the National in the regular season, will play the final of that conference next Sunday, against Dallas or San Francisco.
Down the stretch of the regular season, Hurts missed two games, which Philadelphia lost, due to a sprained right shoulder. He showed very little against the Giants in the final game of the season, when the Eagles played off the gas in an attempt to protect their Pro Bowl quarterback.
But under the postseason spotlight, the Eagles put on an attack that humiliated the Giants. Hurts shone early with his arm, and Philadelphia’s offensive line opened big holes for Miles Sanders y Kenneth Gainwell.
The Eagles finished with 268 rushing yards.
