A 13-foot alligator was killed in Florida after being spotted with the remains of a woman in its jaws.
This was reported by the police, says the BBC, according to which a witness had reported the animal in a canal, with the lower part of the victim’s torso in its mouth. This is Sabrina Peckham, 41 years old, a homeless woman, and an investigation has been opened into her death. The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office said the woman’s remains were found in the waterway.
