Giannis destroys Lakers, Suns dominate Sixers

We start with the main event of the night, the clash between the defending champions, the Bucks, and the Lakers who are still in trouble. And in this long-awaited game, there was not so much debate that gave so much to the impressive dominance of the Bucks. After five minutes of observations and warm-up, the Bucks have shifted into second gear to already take the lead. A small run launched by Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton while LeBron James is resting and nothing is going well for the Lakers. Giannis is perfect, the Bucks are having fun and the Lakers take 38 of them. The second quarter time is also not prettier for the Angelinos. The defense is completely lost, they collect 40 points and the bucks shoot 77% on shots!! With again 20 points for the Middleton-Giannis duo, the 7 points of Grayson Allen and so, even the right passage d’Austin Reaves do not change anything. The Lakers are sinking, over 20 points behind and nothing is right. Especially since it does not work out after the locker room. This time it’s Bobby Portis who is having fun with his 11 points including a nice 3/5 3pts and the Lakers no longer know where to turn. Despite everything, they do not necessarily give up and manage to narrow the gap little by little. In the fourth quarter, Milwaukee decreased in intensity and LeBron James and company took the opportunity to return 10 small points. However, Giannis is far too strong and will finish the job to win, with style, 131-116. The double MVP finishes with 44 points 17/20 on shots!! 14 rebounds and 8 assists alongside 21 pts from Middleton and 23 from Portis. James finishes with 27 pts and 8 assists, AD with 22 points and 8 rebounds and Westbrook with 10 pts and 10 rebounds. A forgotten game for the Lakers, and a big challenge to do…before the trade deadline.

On the side of Phoenix, on the other hand, everything is going well despite the arrival of Joel Embiid. And yet, it was not an easy task as the Sixers were in good shape on this part. We had to wait until the last moments to see the fate of the match decided. Before that, we had great duels like the one between Embiid and Mikal Bridges in the 1st quarter, then the heat stroke of Tobias Harris in the second and Devin Booker in the 3rd. Thanks to this quarter time, Booker managed to bring his own away because the Sixers had recovered 14 points ahead and thought to fly away to a very solid victory. But the Suns aren’t the most clutch team in the league for nothing. A last quarter roundly men, a duo Paul-Booker ultra clutch and the Suns soar to another victory, 114-109. Despite everything, Embiid had a very good game with his 34 points and 12 rebounds just like Harris with his 30 points. Opposite, Booker finished with 35 points and CP3 in double double with 16 pts and 12 assists.

We end the summary of the night with the other matches, pell-mell:

Minnesota easily won against the Kings, 164-114, thanks in particular to 25 pts 74% on shots from Karl Anthony Towns as well as heat stroke Malik Beasley. Waiting for Domantas Sabonis, Fox had fun despite the big loss with 29 pts, 7 rebounds and 6 assists.

On the side of Indiana, no surprise with the 133-112 defeat against the Hawks. The latter counted up to 35 points in advance thanks in particular to the 34 points and 11 assists of Bring Young and despite the 49 points of the duo Chris Duarte-Lance Stephenson.

The Celtics, better lately, also had fun, but on the side of Brooklyn, which has been struggling. It must however be said that, in addition to the 44 points of the duo Brown-Smartand without needing to force, there was no member of the big three in front… Easier suddenly.

No problem either for the Grizzlies who have largely taken over the Clippers, 135-109, again having recovered up to 34 points ahead. Ja Morant was very good, in addition to having received a nasty foul from Brother Morris, with 30 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Brandon Clarke at very good off the bench and JJJ excellent with his 26 pts and 11 rebounds. A Russian evening from all sides for the Grizzlies.

Fourth straight win for the Pelicans with this 110-97 win over the Rockets. Waiting for CJ McCollum and Company, Brandon Ingram did the job with 26 points, against the 27 of Kevin Porter Jr.

Even less difficulty for the Mavs who made only one mouth of the Pistons, winning 116-86. With a 37 point lead in the 3rd quarter and no opposing player more than 18 points, the Mavs played well despite the weak opposition. Wound ends in 33-11-7, Jalen Brunson with 21 and Trey Burke with 18pts.

We end with the Nuggets who also had fun against the Knicks with 83 points in the 1st half!!! This victory, 132 115 was easily acquired thanks to the 21-11-7 of Jokicto 20 points of Jamychal Green and Will Bartonbut also at the 21 points of Bones Hyland who in addition humiliates Kemba Walker. On 28-10-6 of Randle will not be enough to limit the breakage.

When the Blazers, another defeat, this time against the Magic, 113-95 with certainly 6 players above 10 points but a crazy collective weakness. Opposite, Cole Anthony had fun with his 23-7-9, just like the duo Mo Bamba, Wendell Carter Jr l’intrieur.
