Gianni Sperti Testifies in Court as Victim of Persecution: The Stalking Case

From the warm and welcoming throne of commentator of Men women to a cold courtroom. Gianni Sperti he is dealing with quite a problem, being the victim of persecution. One of the historic commentators of the Mediaset dating show, together with Tina Cipollari, forced to appear in court to testify before the judge Loredana Galasso in a trial that sees him as the offended party. The accused is a 51-year-old from San Giorgio, ex-partner of a relative of Sperti.

He will have to answer for the threats and obsessive attitudes towards the ex-dancer of Amici. The story dates back to 2020, when Sperti was inundated with very harsh messages from the accused, which forced him to change his habits and no longer go out alone for fear of reprisals. Sperti, through his lawyer Marco Pomes, had to confirm the complaints presented in the Chamber.

The threats from the 51-year-old from San Giorgio were reiterated, according to the prosecution, with an aggravating circumstance of stalking and obsessive attitudes towards the Apulian television face, to say the least. Sperti is not the only one to have suffered such an affair, indeed, the trail of stalking suffered by famous people is long and makes no difference between genders: it goes from Barbara De Rossi to Michelle Hunziker and Elisabetta Canalis, passing through Francesco Facchinetti, Fabio Insinna and Gabriel Garko, all victims of persecution. Sabrina Ferilli found herself forced to file a complaint for stalking with the Rome Prosecutor’s Office against a man, after having tolerated his “attention” which had become too insistent for five years. “She follows me everywhere, now I find it at my house, she persecutes me with letters and gifts,” the actress said in an interview, after deciding to put a stop to an affair that had heavily influenced her.
