Tsushima Ghost Bloodstained Shrine | Location of the bloodstained shrine

The Bloodstained Sanctuary is located southwest of the Kidafure Battlefield, just north of the “Co” part of the Cape Conoura map label. The shrine’s clue for completing his challenge reads:

The last part is the most important, but not right away. First off, you have a mythical tale to complete, assuming you haven’t already.

Tsushima Ghost Bloodstained Shrine | How to get the Kensei armor

You have to wear the Kensei armor to solve the shrine puzzle, and you will only get it by completing the Mythic Tale of the Six Blades of Kojiro. Go to Umugi Cove and talk to Yamato. He tasks you with defeating five mini-bosses across the island, which are marked with swordsman icons on the map.

Once done, speak with Yamato again. Now you will have to defeat Kojiro at Omi Monastery. Talk to Yamato again and you will get the Kensei armor.

Equip the armor and return to the shrine. Jump off the rocks surrounding the shrine for Jin to take damage, then heal at the shrine itself. Watch the ensuing cutscene and you’ll get the Yharnam Helmet and Yharnam Clothes.
