Rijkswaterstaat reports this via Twitter. Images show how several motorists who are in a traffic jam on the A29 near Willemstad turn their vehicle and drive tens of meters in the opposite direction over the emergency lane.
Some drivers also reverse over the hard shoulder. Rijkswaterstaat has nothing good to say about it.
