JAKARTA – Samsung Electronics Indonesia introduced the new Store Pickup service at the Samsung online store (Samsung.com/id) and Online Order at the official Samsung offline store (Samsung Store). Through Store Pickup, consumers can order the desired smartphone, tablet or wearables online and then pick them up at the nearest Samsung Store.

On the other hand, if consumers visit Samsung Store and want a product that has been tried but the stock is empty, then they can ask for help from a product consultant or Samsung Store promoter to order products through Online Order Samsung.com/id and the product will be sent to the destination address.
“Store Pickup Service via Samsung.com/id and Online Order at Samsung Store spread over 41 locations. Consumers are now easier to get products, get promos, as well as after-sales services such as transferring data from old smartphones to insurance,” explained Yooky Kim, Head of Online Store Samsung.com, Samsung Electronics Indonesia.
Store Pickup
How to use Store Pickup is easy. After selecting the desired Samsung Galaxy product at Samsung.com/id, proceed by selecting the pick-up location from the list of available Samsung Stores when completing the transaction (checkout).
At checkout, select these extra service options:
• Quick Setup, to immediately use the Samsung Galaxy.
• Smart Switch, to help transfer data from old smartphones.
• Tutorial Tips and Tricks to take advantage of the new Galaxy device.
• Extra safety through product sanitization services using UV light.
