SOLO, KOMPAS.TV- On Wednesday (26/5/2021), the Total Lunar Eclipse (GBT) or also known as the Super Blood Moon will take place and can be witnessed by the Indonesian public.
The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) also said that there are at least 34 areas in the country where GBT can be seen.
R Jamroni, Sub-Coordinator for Data Collection and Dissemination, Center for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics (BBMKG), explained the timing of the total lunar eclipse.
“At 18.46 WITA in the western region of Indonesia, 19.46 WITA in the Central region of Indonesia, and at 20:46 WIT in the eastern region,” said Jamroni as quoted from Tribunnews.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Center for Technical Seismology, Potential Geophysics and Time Signs of the BMKG, Rahmat Triyono, shared the phases or processes of the Total Lunar Eclipse which will occur on May 26, 2021 via a press release, Friday (21/5/2021).
