VIVA – Oppo plans to introduce its latest technology development features on cell phone camera smart phone called “Retractable Camera” which will be embedded in the rear camera.

After last year introducing the concept of a smartphone that can be rolled up, the “Retractable Camera” technology will be a new innovation brought by Oppo at the annual routine Oppo Inno Day 2021 event on December 14-15, 2021.

If you see from the official twitter @Oppo, Friday, December 10, 2021, the camera’s newest feature allows you to take more detailed pictures. It is clear that the camera will have a 1/1.56-inch sensor with a 50mm lens and f/2.4 aperture.

The camera looks to have lens features like a professional camera. Of course, with the aperture provided, users can later make images look more detailed with bokeh settings that are more sophisticated than other cellphones.

In the short video, the smartphone will be accompanied by a water-resistant feature. The sophistication of the “Retractable Camera” feature can be revealed more clearly at the Oppo Inno Day 2021 event.

In addition to camera features, there will be many new technologies that Oppo will introduce at the annual event.

Oppo is also reportedly planning to introduce AR glasses (Augmented Reality) together with the NPU (Neural Processing Unit). The development of AI and 5G technology is also on the agenda for Oppo Inno Day 2021.
