“Winter is coming after Tuesday. Then the temperatures will drop and it will get cold,” said climatologist Simeon Matev, quoted by “Telegraf”.
According to him, it will also snow, but we won’t have to sleep. From Tuesday afternoon in some parts of the country, the rain will change to snow, and from Wednesday in most of Bulgaria. Matev pointed out that despite this, a thick cover is not expected.

Temperatures will gradually drop, tending to normalize for the season. By Sunday, it will be cloudy with conditions for showers – in the west on Saturday and in the east on Sunday. Snow will fall only in the mountains above 1300 meters. Matev added that the rainfall in most places will be light with major interruptions.

It will be mostly cloudy throughout the coming week. On Tuesday, the wind will no longer be from the south. It will become easterly, then northeasterly. It will get cold, it will rain in the south. Rain will change to snow late in the day on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, the mercury will fall across the country and snowflakes will fly everywhere in our country. It will not snow only along the Black Sea in the south, in the extreme southern regions, along the lower reaches of Struma, Maritsa and Tundzha.
The second half of the week will be cold. The thermometers will drop to minus 7 degrees, and in the afternoon the maximum temperatures will be up to plus 3-4.
