The vaccination campaign against influenza will begin in June, according to the health centers of the Fund, so, from now on, they are preparing to start with the placement.
People are recommended to apply it before the rains start to avoid risks.
The first to be vaccinated will be children from 6 months to less than 7 years and adults 58 years and older (regardless of risk), pregnant women, regardless of gestational age, and the population from 7 to 57 years with the presence of any chronic disease.
During 2022, the Ministry of Health registered more than 10,000 cases of this disease.
