The inpatient and semi-inpatient facilities of the Education Assistance (HzE) take as Place of learning practice plays an important and responsible role in the technical school and university training of socio-pedagogical specialists. Both with regard to the quality of the practical training and with regard to the recruitment, retention and securing of skilled workers in the field of educational assistance, high-quality and reliable practical guidance/support is a prerequisite in order to do justice to the stated concerns. In order to ensure and further develop the quality of the (technical) practical training of prospective socio-pedagogical specialists in the field of in-patient and semi-in-patient support for education by means of practical instructions, the “Professional Training Vouchers HzE” program was created at the state level.
The Parity education work state association Brandenburg eV (PBW) is responsible for receiving, checking and then paying out/forwarding funds for the “HZE practical training vouchers”.
