Travelers arriving from a high-risk area should always carry a negative result of a corona test, or proof that they have been vaccinated or cured, according to a German government website. They are required to go directly to their destination and go into home quarantine there for a period of time, but the period can be ended under certain conditions with a new corona test with a negative result.
