The adopted resolution recognizes that Holodomor (Holodomor or Holodomor (Ukrainian: Holodomor – ‘starvation’)) is a crime against humanity, the implementation of which is the responsibility of the leadership of the Soviet Union, headed by Joseph Stalin.
