Accident

There are several injured, but none seriously.

This Friday, a 57-year-old man drove into several people and cars in the parking lot of Cologne airport, in Germany.

A police spokesman at the scene said the act was deliberate. “Apparently it was specifically driven towards several cars and pedestrians,” he was quoted as saying by German news agency Dpa. “We are talking about several people injured right now,” he continued, adding that none are in serious condition.

Two police officers also have minor injuries because the driver resisted arrest. He is currently in the hospital and it is possible that he suffers from a mental disorder.
