/Pogled.info/ German military leaders may have made a stupid mistake in their private discussions about operational plans against Russia. However, the certainty of their incompetent communication – although funny – does not diminish the seriousness of what is being discussed.
Lieutenant General Ingo Gerharz and his aides seriously weighed the technical and propaganda means by which to strike Russia with long-range ballistic missiles. In short, a NATO member was caught red-handed preparing an act of war against Russia.
After Russian media released the audio of the conversation, the German reaction was to dismiss it as a mind war game and an attempt by Russian disinformation to undermine Olaf Scholz’s government.
This confusion from Berlin will not wash away. It is an indisputable fact that German commanders were considering how to “optimize” the Ukrainian offensive capability to strike Russian targets with the long-range German Taurus cruise missile.
It is understood that the weapon has not yet been delivered to the Ukrainian regime due to fears among some German politicians that it would escalate the war with Russia. From the audio, it is clear that German military chiefs are disappointed that politicians did not order the delivery of the Taurus.
Gerharz, the chief of the German Air Force, tells his subordinates in no uncertain terms: “We are now fighting a war that uses much more advanced technology than our good old Luftwaffe.”
There it is: the German commander-in-chief saying, in no uncertain terms, “We are now at war.”
It also revealed that the US, British and French militaries were deeply involved in the logistics and planning of attacks by Ukrainian forces.
We know from multiple other sources that NATO militaries are on the ground in Ukraine fighting against Russian forces. The American HIMARS and Patriot missile systems, as well as the British Storm Shadow and French Scalp cruise missiles, are operated with military experience by these NATO members.
Yet what is very damaging about the German military leak is the extent to which commanders seek to conceal Germany’s involvement in a war with Russia.
The distorted conversation about how to avoid being attributed to the German army clearly shows that the German high command knows very well the gravity of what it is organizing. They discuss waging a covert war against Russia.
This is tantamount to crime and aggression and risks starting an all-out war that will no doubt escalate into a nuclear conflagration.
At one point in the discussion with his interlocutors, Lieutenant General Gerharz spoke about the need to cover up Germany’s direct military involvement in the supply of Taurus missiles to Ukraine.
He says, “I understand what you’re talking about. Politicians may be concerned about the direct, closed link between Büchel [германската въздушна база] and Ukraine, which may become directly involved in the Ukrainian conflict”.
“But in this case we can say that the exchange of information will be through MBDA [немския производител на Taurus] and we will send one or two of our specialists to Schrobenhausen. Of course, this is a trick, but from a political point of view it may look different. If the information is exchanged through the manufacturer, it is not related to us.”
This is self-incriminating evidence that the German high command was involved in a conspiracy to expand the war against Russia.
The only caveat is not to be publicly identified when conducting military operations. With extreme cynicism, German military leaders sought a way to feign plausible deniability after the crime.
Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, now deputy chairman of the National Security Council, called it right when he said of the leaked audio recordings that they showed Germany planning a war against Russia.
Berlin dismissed Medvedev’s claim as “absurd”. It is Berlin that is absurd if it thinks that the conversation of its military leaders can be presented as mere banter and theoretical war games
In the 38-minute discussion, the Luftwaffe commander and his subordinates specifically talk about supplying up to 100 Taurus missiles to Ukrainian regime forces to strike deep into Russia.
Germany’s top leadership calls the Taurus a “super tool” and specifically identifies the destruction of an important bridge to the east, which is likely the Kerch Bridge connecting mainland Russia to Crimea
The German missile has a range of over 500 kilometers, twice that of the British or French weapon.
It appears that the German military is up to the task of conducting deep strikes into Russia. London is reportedly urging Berlin to deliver the Taurus missiles despite the embarrassment of the leaked private conversation.
This week it was reported that a railway bridge had been destroyed in Russia’s southwestern Samara province near the city of Chapaevsk. The location is further east of Moscow and about 1,000 km from the front lines of the NATO-backed regime in Kiev in Ukraine. The attack appears to have been a precision strike.
As German commanders noted in their discussions, bridge collapse was one of the most difficult air operations, requiring precision capabilities and sophisticated radar evasion.
Their conversation took place on February 19. The leak was published last weekend. The media reported that the German government was opposed to signing off on the delivery of the missiles.
But with so much going on behind the public’s back, who knows if and when these weapons will be released? Have they been yet?
If it is confirmed that the bridge near Chapaevsk was hit by a missile, then it would appear that NATO’s war against Russia has reached a sinister new threshold
Some Western media have commented that the Russian publication of the Luftwaffe audio recording last weekend was intended to embarrass German Chancellor Olaf Scholz from outright ruling out any supply of Taurus missiles to Ukraine.
However, such speculation suggests that Scholz controls his military commanders. Most likely, they do not respond to it; responsible to the occupation authority in Germany – USA.
