Germany, a man stops travelers at the Solingen town festival: at least three dead and several injured

There would be a man, armed with a knife killed and wounded several people at a city’s 650 year anniversary party Solingenin Germany. The attack appears to have taken place at around 9.45pm. They would at least three dead.

Dozens of rescuers are currently busy reviving the injured, while a police helicopter flies over the festival grounds. According to witnesses, the person who committed the crime is on the run.

As reported by Solinger TageblattPhilipp Müller, one of the co-organizers, explained on stage that the rescue services are fighting for the lives of nine people.

Shortly after 10pm the event was stopped, and the visitors, who were present in their thousands, were asked to leave the square.
