German Wild West Theme Park Partially Destroyed by Fire, Millions in Damage and Two People Injured

A fire has partially destroyed a German Wild West theme park. This concerns the Pullman City theme park in Eging am See, in the state of Bavaria. According to German media, there is millions in damage. Two people were slightly injured.

Local police report that employees discovered the fire this morning around 6 a.m. and called the emergency services. After a few hours, the fire brigade managed to get the fire under control. Several wooden buildings, including a saloon and steakhouse, went up in flames.

People injured, animals unharmed

In a message at Instagram the theme park writes that two people suffered minor injuries. This concerns an employee of the park and someone from the fire brigade. Furthermore, 180 guests have been evacuated from the park hotel. All animals in the park are unharmed, the park reports.

The damage was limited to Main Street, where the saloon and a steakhouse are located. The theme park remains closed for the time being. It is not yet clear how long the reconstruction of the destroyed buildings will take.
