DUBROVNIK – During this year’s tourist season, many images of irresponsible drivers appear on social networks. While some got into tricky situations by accident, others are to blame for them. An example is this German who parked in a very inappropriate place.
In a Facebook group called Dubrovnik Croatia Travel 2023 one of its members posted a picture of a parked car. According to the license plates, it is clear that the owner is a German tourist who came to Croatia to enjoy the summer. However, he completely underestimated his parking space.

“People, think about where you park your car! He blocked the entrance to the garbage cans and the locals did the right thing.” said the Facebook user who posted the shot. As the photo shows, the car is covered in garbage bags. There also seems to be a fine under the wiper.
The post received several amused comments. “The car is the same color as the trash cans,” joked one of the commenters. “They probably thought it was a bin because of the color, so don’t ever buy a green car.” another one joined. But some saw it differently. “Even if there was no car, the locals would still throw garbage outside the bins,” remarked a third.
