TOP 100: German innovation elite is awarded
Around 550 medium-sized companies applied for the corresponding innovation seal in this year’s “TOP 100” competition in a scientific selection process. 100 companies are awarded in three size classes.

“If the prices were distributed evenly across Germany, just two companies would have their headquarters in the catchment area of the IHK for Upper Franconia Bayreuth,” says Dr. Michael Waasner, President of the IHK for Upper Franconia Bayreuth. “In fact, there are no fewer than five companies that are awarded this seal of innovation. This shows once again the innovative strength of medium-sized businesses in Upper Franconia. In view of the current challenges, innovative strength is more important than ever. On behalf of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Upper Franconia Bayreuth, I would like to congratulate all of the award-winning companies!”
