German-French comedy at the Theater am Ring: Villingen-Schwenningen

“Vivre en Allemagne, vivre en France: different approaches to the world” – is the theme of this production. The piece humorously and playfully examines a wide variety of aspects of the respective German and French ways of working and living, playing off clichés and prejudices about the neighboring countries against each other – and exposing them. The foreign language theater can be experienced on Tuesday, November 26th, 2024 at 7 p.m. in the Theater am Ring.

Brigitte Bourdon, editor at a small German-French publishing house in Strasbourg, surprisingly has a new colleague: Norbert Hermann. He quickly tries to adapt and optimize the French way of working to his ideas, which Brigitte does not accept without objection. This leads to all sorts of turbulence until both of them unexpectedly meet at a private appointment.
