Cheap credit for families: 1.25 percent interest
At the start, the interest rate is 1.25 percent. For all climate-friendly new buildings, families with many children can get loans of up to 240,000 euros on these terms.
However, they are not allowed to earn more than that: for families with one child, there is a household income limit of 60,000 euros. With another child, the threshold is pushed up by 10,000 euros.
Credit is only for climate-friendly new buildings
The construction of self-used living space is funded. In order for Germany to achieve its climate protection goals, there are loans for new buildings with low CO2– Footprint At least they have to fill the standard EH40. When you use it, you can use 40 percent of the energy that a standard house requires. In order to achieve a higher funding level, the even stricter criteria for the sustainable building quality seal had to be met.
