GERB will have a new candidate for Plovdiv mayor in next year’s local elections. This was announced a few minutes ago by the party leader, Boyko Borisov, during the inspection of the College.
It will probably be the current mayor of the Trakia region, Kostadin Dimitrov, whom Boyko praised in front of the fans gathered at the stadium.
I will develop my idea when I meet the organization, when the nominations arrive, when we publish a survey on who did how. I talked to Zdravko Dimitrov. He has done several operations. He has done a lot for the city and that’s it, ”said Borisov.
“My political assessment is that he works a lot and is a good person. But the pace should be increased, not decreased,” said the GERB leader.
