GERB and BSP visited “Rusofili” near Koprinka Dam – 2024-09-24 11:13:03

/ world today news/ On Sunday (September 11), the 13th National Assembly of Friends of Russia, organized by the National Movement “Russophiles” and the municipality of Kazanlak, took place near the “Koprinka” dam.

In the official part, the guests were Krasimir Velchev – deputy chairman of the GERB parliamentary group and chairman of the group for friendship with Russia in the National Assembly, Kornelia Ninova – chairman of the BSP, gen. Rumen Radev – candidate for president from the BSP, Yavor Notev – candidate for vice president from the Patriotic Front and Kamen Popov – the candidate for president from ND “Rusophiles”.

According to the chairman of the national association “Rusophiles” Nikolay Malinov, the organization already has its structures in 221 municipalities, and people from 147 towns and villages came to the assembly. Among them was the great-grandson of the Samara flag bearer Angel Gerchev, the composer Kiril Ikonomov. Kiril Ikonomov also chaired the jury in the festival “Let the sun always shine”.

The event was attended by about 10,000 people who traditionally celebrate this holiday and are associated with Russian culture, as well as representatives of the entire political spectrum. In the program, which lasted more than 7 hours, the children who won the competition “Let the sun always shine”, organized by the ND “Rusophiles”, as well as famous Bulgarian performers – Rositsa Kirilova, Maya Neshkova, Binka Dobreva from “Mystery of Bulgarian Voices” took part “, Svetoslav Stoychev and others.
