So the election campaign is on. On the right, two men have already officially announced their ambitions. Etienne Blanc, first, official candidate of the Republicans, first vice-president of the Region and right arm of Laurent Wauquiez. He is running for mayor of Lyon. And then Pascal Blache, diverse-right mayor of the 6th arrondissement, who says he wants to go it alone on behalf of civil society.
