To the first episode of Geraldine and the women 450,000 people watched on Sunday evening. In the program Geraldine Kemper talks to victims of sexual violence.
The presenter follows six women during therapy treatments to get rid of their post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). In conversation with NU.nl, Kemper said he hoped that people would look at victims differently.
“We have to get rid of pointing the finger, asking victims why they went with the perpetrator or why they walked the street in a short skirt in the evening,” says Kemper.
The program on RTL 4 had stiff competition from Sunday with Lubach, which started fifteen minutes earlier. 1.97 million people put their television on NPO3 for the presenter.
The drama series went on NPO1 Flying Dutchmen kicks off with 1.22 million viewers. The story of the series is about Anthony Fokker and Albert Plesman, who get civil aviation off the ground in the Netherlands between the First and Second World War.
To the second broadcast of Who of the 3 more people watched Sunday evening than the first: 1.17 million people joined the program with Wendy van Dijk, Martien Meiland and Britt Dekker. A week earlier that was 858,000 people.
