Adonis Georgiadis appeared provocative once again, as speaking in an interview on Openhe took issue with the doctors and nurses who are reacting to the poor situation in public hospitals.
Initially, the Minister of Health mentioned that he has been to 50 hospitals, does “always Facebook live” and is always met, as he claimed, by trade unionists, from the Left, with “the same banners and the same slogans”. It is, as he said, a minority of doctors, “who belong to the KKE, ANTARSYA, and even SYRIZA”.
In fact, at the moment when Adonis Georgiadis was saying that the budget at the General Hospital of Nice has increased by 71%, he was asked why the doctors and nursing staff were reacting.
He specifically said: “because SSY is something that hurts us all. First of all, being in the hospital is an unpleasant experience in itself. In this unpleasant experience if something goes wrong, I’m not saying go terribly wrong or tragically, it can happen and that’s very painful. So politically it is very easy to emerge. When the Left was first in power, all these leftists took it easy. Now that the New Democracy is in power, it tells you that we will eat Mitsotakis, with the ESY and they are tired. The Minister of Health, instead of doing anything to implement the requests of the NHS workers, “targets” them once again.
