Yesterday, the District Court decided to keep him in custody because of death threats made before the violence against the young woman.
It is clear from the minutes of the court that on February 15, 2022 in Stara Zagora he caused slight bodily injury to R.G. – “manifested by numerous swellings and hemorrhages on the hairy part of the head, edema and hemorrhages on the forehead, massive hemorrhages and edemas on the eyelids of the right eye, hemorrhage under the mucous membrane of the right eyeball, edema and hemorrhages on the back on the right”.
Then Georgi pleaded guilty and entered into an agreement. He was placed on probation, BTV reported. He had to pay the state in favor of the Ministry of Internal Affairs the amount of BGN 258, as well as BGN 1,600 for costs in the case.
