We can’t help but be outraged:
1. Rumen Radev officially and publicly received a foreign official, coordinator in the US administration. Almost like a head of state, only without brass bands and guard feathers.
And Todor Zhivkov must have received Soviet officials… Where will he go… But at least they weren’t shown on television, our first leader kept his rank.
2. The gentleman from the USA insists on an independent chief prosecutor in Bulgaria. Also on the National Radio. No statesman or judicial body such as the SJC, for example, was found to answer him: unlike the US, the chief prosecutor in our country, according to the Constitution, is part of the judicial power, which, according to the constitutional definition, is independent, including in relation to interference abroad.
3. No statesman paid attention to the American guest saying that we do not accept the dismissal of our Attorney General by Biden, who fired the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Shokin, through President Poroshenko, because he is investigating the company where his son works.
4. No one told the US coordinator that we do not want our prosecutors to be elected with Soros money, as a billionaire has publicly boasted of doing for decades in America. Nor should they be appointed by Soros, like Kiovesi in Romania.
5. No one told O’Brien that we do not agree with Bulgarian prosecutors to sign for non-execution of a decision of the Supreme Court. As many as 90 progressive prosecutors did in the US, 30 of which were elected with the help of Soros. They said they would not follow the US Supreme Court ruling on abortion. And Soros publicly, according to Fox News, encouraged them.
6. No one explained to the guest that there is a Grand National Assembly in Bulgaria, which alone can accept supreme judges to investigate our chief prosecutor, which the RADEV-ZARKOV law wants Ordinary Parliament to do.
7. No one met the gentleman from the USA, that soon our Constitutional Court ruled that the Attorney General is not without control. 2021 it was ruled that he could be investigated by any prosecutor.
8. No one asked our American brothers why, since the “Magnitsky” law was conceived as a lever for the protection of human rights, it was not applied in Macedonia, kwhere they beat a man just because he is Bulgarian, and our entire nation is called fascist, Tatar, etc.
9. It was never explained to the American coordinator that we are a parliamentary republic and according to the Constitution our deputies must vote according to their conscience, and they also take an oath that they will respect the basic law. They have no obligation under instructions, even from America, to choose an attorney general.
10. As a brotherly partner country of Great America, no one expressed concern about the unprecedented crime rate in the United States and especially in New York, which my favorite President Trump has been talking about publicly recently.
11. Nobody even raised a question about the millions that Soros and “America for Bulgarians” pour into NGOs in our country and they carry out active political activity, which is expressly prohibited by our Constitution.
Not to mention that they transformed into parties preaching the neoliberal progressive philosophy of the rulers in America.
12. Finally, why wasn’t our guest, who claims to be an expert on the rule of law, asked what he thought about the arrest of the leader of the opposition by their protégé Kiril Petkov, declared illegal by the court. What does he think of Rashkov, who called the opposition “former” people, and Morfov, who called the GERB parties that won the elections “trash”.
Bulgaria has only one chance to get rid of its colonial existence – people to take the ballot and in the elections to punish Soros’ partisans from PP and DB.
