Because of him, the norm was inserted into the Law , that the principle of pluralism must be respected in all the programs of the state media. Unlike Petar Volgin, Dachkov had this argument: “Yes, my program (b.r.) has such a point of view, but through the other programs of BNT opinions are balanced”. That is why there is such a norm in the Law, and whether I like it or not is an irrelevant question.”
