Ajax has Georges Mikautadze in mind as an alternative to Thiago Almada, reports The Telegraph Saturday night. The team from Amsterdam sees the 22-year-old Georgian from the French Metz as an option if the arrival of Almada turns out not to be possible. Mikautadze should cost about ten million euros.
The first contact with Mikautadze has already been made by Ajax, according to the newspaper.
