The first music video for George Harrison’s hit “My Sweet Lord” was released. Many stars have teamed up in it.

George Harrison (1943-2001), the former lead guitarist for the Beatles, released his hit “My Sweet Lord” in 1970. 51 years later, an official music video for the song of the deceased has now been released. The clip was produced on the occasion of the 50th birthday of Harrison’s solo album “All Things Must Pass”. In the seven-minute video on the journey through the streets of Los Angeles, the stars give each other the handle.

Among other things, ex-Beatle Ringo Starr (81) or Joe Walsh (74) from the Eagles can be seen from the music world. The actors Fred Armisen (55), Mark Hamill (70) and Jon Hamm (50) and the director Taika Waititi (46) also have guest appearances. Harrison’s Wite Olivia and son Dhani, who co-produced the clip, are also there.
