Genshin Impact Releases Furina Teaser Character, Here Are Her Abilities (Youtube: Genshin Impact)
Genshin Impact has released a new character teaser and splash arc for Furina ahead of its release in Genshin Impact 4.2 which is only less than two days away. There is an interesting feature of this character, namely that he uses the Hydro Archon skin which looks much darker than the original, and the length of his hair is also much shorter. What’s more, he brought Vision with a completely new design to the character.
That said, Genshin Impact has also previously leaked information regarding Furina’s new appearance for trailer 4.2, although this has not yet been confirmed. But there is growing speculation that the developer may be teasing the possibility that Hydro Archon will lose his Gnosis and gain a new Vision.

Apart from that, there is a statement in the post on the official Genshin Impact Twitter account which states that “Gnosis: Hydro” is proof of his status as Hydro Archon. However, it should be noted that Genshin Impact has released a splash arc for Furina with a new look. His skin also has a much darker color, and his hair is shorter.

As previously mentioned, Hydro Archon will carry Vision in his character with a completely new design. Furthermore, the post was changed to “???:Hydro” which was intended to avoid potential spoilers for the main story.
The only time Genshin Impact will do something similar is during the character introductions of Neuvillette and Zhongli where it is intended to hide their true identities.
Because there is growing speculation that this is Genshin Impact’s way of teasing players that it is possible that Furina will lose her Gnosis and Hydro Archo status in the upcoming Archon Quest. Although there is no evidence of this, the Genshin Impact 4.2 trailer that was previously released makes it clear that players will see a new side to the God of Justice.
