Genoese janitor arrested for sexual assault: he groped a former student of his school

The accusation is sexual violence: for this reason yesterday a janitor of a Genoese middle school was arrested by the Flying Squad policemen and taken to prison in Pontedecimo.

It was the prosecutor Federico Panichi to request a precautionary measure order, granted by the judge for preliminary investigations after the 15-year-old told everything in detail during the evidentiary incident.

Based on what the officers reconstructed, the young man had discovered that the janitor, on duty at the school the boy once attended, lived in the same building as his relatives. Since in the past the school assistant had helped the student in a moment of need, it seemed like a good idea to the 15-year-old and his parents to go and say hello in person.

But once through the front door, things didn’t go at all as planned: the janitor he groped several times the young man and tried to pull down his trousers. Once the victim tried to escape, he stood in front of the house door to prevent him from leaving.

In the end the boy managed to escape after kicking the janitor. The man, however, defended by the lawyer Matteo Carpidenies all accusations.
