NYPD STATEMENT ON GENIE EXUM ATTACK
“On Monday, October 18, 2021, at approximately 6:45 p.m., police responded to a 911 call from an assaulted man,” the NYPD told The Sun on Tuesday.
“Upon arrival, a 30-year-old complainant reported that he had a verbal argument with a 22-year-old woman when she stabbed him in the arm and back with a kitchen knife. “
“EMS also responded to the location and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Bellevue in stable condition. “
Exum is expected to be brought to justice on Tuesday in Manhattan Criminal Court.
