Since 2021, the company has been conducting cosmetic surgery called ‘Reborn Beauty’. Their promise is to change the skin without looking old. The fine is Rs 3.5 lakh. Penalties include charges of violating advertising laws, disturbing public order, and violating social values.
The National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System says the company’s advertising has led to appearance anxiety. Most of the reactions on social media were in favor of fining the company. Many people are of the opinion that such a fine is not enough for an advertisement like this.
