Yes, all the departments of Lorraine, all of Grand Est and more generally the whole territory are affected. In order to function normally, i.e. donate blood to patients who need it to survive, the goal is to have a stock corresponding to 10 days of red blood cell requirement. Last year in week 52 we had 11 days of stock, this year we are down to 9.5 days. The lack is real.
