TRIESTE. The Board of Generali has decided “to terminate the employment relationship with Luciano Cirinà with immediate effect.”
This is what is reported in a note from Leone that specifies how Cirinà was suspended from the position of Austria & CEE Regional Officer on the 23rd last.

The decision – it is explained – “is motivated by the violation of the obligations of loyalty and the serious violation of other obligations under the employment contract”.
Cirinà is the CEO candidate of the Caltagirone list for the renewal of the Leone board.
Last Friday Cirinà had participated, in Milan, in the presentation of the alternative plan of the same Caltagirone list, specifying that he had asked the company – with negative results – for a leave of absence.
