The 20th round of the Second Division has come to a close. At the Diaguita stadium in the Coquimbo region, General Velásquez lost 2-0 to Provincial Ovalle and is beginning to move away from the dream of promotion.
The fourth consecutive defeat for César Bustamante’s team was consolidated with goals from Mauricio Arias (45’+3′ and 66′).
This score practically eliminates the San Vicente team’s chances of promotion to Primera B, since since reaching second place five dates ago, they have never won again and are now sixth with 29 points, 12 points behind the leaders Deportes Melipilla and Deportes Concepción.
