About it declared Head of the Personnel Department of the Headquarters of the Command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Roman Gorbach during a briefing.

“It all depends on the situation that will develop at the moment when it should end. If there is such a need, if hostilities continue, then there will definitely be a need to replenish our military units with specialists. Therefore, the leadership will continue mobilization after May 24,” – he noted.

He also said that he would be waiting for those liable for military service who received subpoenas and went abroad illegally.

“Regarding those liable for military service who received summons. If facts are revealed that they went abroad illegally, in this way they evaded the performance of their duty, from military service. The current legislation provides for criminal liability for this, that is, these people will be criminally prosecuted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine,” he said.
