General Entertainment Authority Launches Initiative to Support Saudi Talent in Music

Mr. Turki Al-Sheikh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority, announced that the authority launched an important initiative that supports Saudi talent The young woman in the field of music, in cooperation with Merwas Studios, provided that the Music Authority sponsors this initiative, which includes the presence of Workshops Organized by the General Entertainment Authority inside Marwas Studios in the presence of the most prominent music makers in the Arab world.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority went on to explain that this step is a golden opportunity for those who want to develop their talent at the hands of the most prominent professional names in the world of music distribution, playing and the field of audio engineering. As for the date for opening the registration door, he announced that it will soon be available to Saudi talent Blvd.

Entertainment Authority workshops with MROAS

It will include workshops Which will be organized by the General Entertainment Authority inside Marwas Studios, as follows:

– A workshop for playing the oud: Workshops will be held to learn to play the oud instrument in the presence of 5 names of professionals in this field, most notably Mamdouh Al-Jabali, Islam Al-Qasabji, a jazz player, Khal Muhammad Ali, Hisham Essam.

– The keyboard workshop: 6 specialists are tasked with developing the capabilities of Saudi talents in the keyboard learning workshop.

– Violin workshop: Asmaa with a good reputation in the field of playing the violin instrument will present to the talents the juice of her expertise, and they are, in order: Hassan Sharara, Mahmoud Sorour, Muhammad Sayed.

Drums Workshop: The drums workshop is led by “Bob Percussion”, who showed his talent during the celebrations of the Arab world in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He also played an active role in recording albums for Arab stars.

– The flute workshop: Workshops for learning to play the flute are held by 3 specialists, namely, “Rida Bdeir, Muhammad Fouda, and Nabil Barjas.”

Piano Workshop: Led by Iman Shaker, who gave many singing and music concerts inside and outside Egypt.

Guitar Workshop: 3 Arab names participated in many films and works of art, during which they became famous for their professional guitar playing.

– Sound engineering: Speaking of the world of sound engineering, the Entertainment Authority offers workshops led by 6 professional names in this field, namely, “Amir Mahrous, Jassem, Amr Hashem, Muhammad Saqr, Majid Dashti, Yahya Mahdi.”

– Musical rhythms: Speaking of musical rhythms workshops, Saudi talents in this sector will be supervised by 7 of the most important teachers of musical rhythms, namely, “Saeed Al-Artest, Hisham Al-Arabi, Ayadi, Pomoza, Ahmed Al-Anouh, Al-Talihi, and Muhammad Buraish.”

– The Maestro: 5 names that emerged clearly with Arab singers in the most important concerts on international and local theaters presenting the “Maestro” workshop.

Music distribution: The music distribution workshops include 6 professional names whose works have gained a wide reputation in the Arab world, whether in terms of lyrical or dramatic works, and the most prominent of these names are “Khaled Ezz, Adnan Abdullah, Walid Fayed, Cyrus, Issam Al Sharaiti, Hisham Al Sukran”.

– The Qanun: A workshop is presented for learning to play the Qanun instrument, supervised by 4 professional names in this field, namely: “Majid Sorour, Madani Abadi, ICh, Imad Zaree”.

Cello: Under the leadership of Imad Ashour, the cello learning workshops were presented by the maestro, who holds a PhD in eastern and western music, and who took over the task of playing the instrument in the most important concerts in the Arab world.
