TIME.CO, Jakarta – Army Chief of Staff General session Abdurachman said he did not receive an apology message from the members of Commission I of the DPR Effendi symbol. Previously, Effendi had claimed to have apologized to Dudung via text message, but had not yet received a response.
“I have no SMS on my cell phone, no calls yet. If he wants to come, I accept him well. There is no problem,” Dudung said in his statement on Friday, September 16, 2022.
Dudung even welcomed the proposal from the Honorary Council of the Council (MKD) asking him to come to the DPR and meet Effendi.
“Do you want to be called? MKD, I also have no problems, when? There is just no call. If Mr. Effendi wants to come here, please. I know it well, from my brother-in-law. They are very good friends with me, ”Dudung said.
Earlier, Effendi said he immediately sent an apology message to Dudung after his remarks on the TNI, such as gangs and mass organizations, attracted criticism from many parties. However, he claimed that the message was not answered by Dudung. He planned to meet Dudung directly to apologize.
“Mr. Dudung did not answer, I asked for time, I will participate myself, I am responsible for what I say, I am responsible for my attitude, for what I say,” said the PDIP politician.
Earlier in the Commission’s meeting with TNI Commander General Andika Perkasa, Effendi Simbolon questioned the absence of KSAD General Dudung Abdurachman at the meeting.
Effendi then stated that there was disharmony in the relationship between Andika and Dudung. He also stated that the attitude of the TNI surpasses that of the mass organizations. “So there is no compliance,” Effendi said.
Effendi thought that if Andika Perkasa and Dudung Abdurrachman were still worried about their respective egos, he proposed that they both stop performing to become presidential and vice presidential candidates.
