DUBAI, 30th April / WAM / The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai is reviewing a package of qualitative services that it provides to customers and those wishing to visit the Emirate of Dubai, during its participation in the Arabian Travel Market exhibition, which starts tomorrow and concludes on May 4th at the Dubai World Trade Center, in cooperation with The Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, with the participation of more than 2,000 exhibitors and representatives from more than 150 countries, while an expected attendance of 34,000 visitors.

His Excellency Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al-Marri, Director General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, confirmed that the Arab Travel Market is a global platform that provides exhibitors and stakeholders in the hospitality, tourism and travel community, travel technology developers and innovative airlines with promising opportunities and opens windows for them in the investment fields related to tourism, travel and the aviation sector. .

He said that the participation in the Dubai residence comes within the framework of keenness to enhance the presence and leadership achieved by the Emirate of Dubai, noting that the General Administration reviews during the days of the exhibition a package of services that it announced recently or in earlier times, with the aim of informing the public and concerned exhibitors of the most prominent advantages of these services. , that serve our goals and enhance our growth strategies in Dubai.

The services presented by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai during the event include the presentation of the world’s first passport stamping platform for children in the arrivals hall of Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport, targeting children from (4-12) years old, and giving some of them the opportunity to stamp their passports themselves And also the service of issuing a tourist visa for several trips for a period of 5 years, and the service of issuing a visit visa for several trips for the purpose of tourism for a period of 30 or 60 days,

The services include the happiness card for tourists arriving through all the ports of the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai residence, throughout the days of the exhibition, will display the next generation of smart gates, equipped with modern technologies, which number up to 122 gates in the air ports sector.
